Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan stays free with no time limit and no credit card required. It includes 1 website, 1 chatbot, and 500 messages per month with Jug.ai branding.
How are messages counted?
A message is a single reply from your AI agent to a visitor. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. You can watch usage in real time from your dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
On Free, the chatbot pauses until the next cycle. On Pro and Enterprise, overages are billed pay-as-you-go so your bot never goes dark — and you can set alerts before you get there.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrades apply instantly with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period, and we credit the difference automatically.
Do you charge per agent or per seat?
Never. Unlike most support platforms, Jug.ai pricing is based on usage, not headcount. Invite your entire team at no extra cost on every paid plan.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then reverts to Free. No cancellation fees.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your content and conversations are used only to power your own chatbot. We never train shared or third-party models on your data.
